   I have heard of a few reports that some people have been getting a few crappies in the south east bays any one know if there is any truth to this? If it is true than are there any places to start looking for them? confused

dude just give big sandy right in bell horn bay a try ! caught my limit of 11 - 12 inchers sunday

Most of the 2 lb. crappies in ML are suspended over 60 ft. of water. biggrin

A few years ago I caught some in Isle Bay, but I think there are some better more consistent lakes in the area.  The crappie chasers will be out in the bay soon if they aren't already.  I think they usually bite after dark.

WHERE IS THAT 60 FT. DEPTH AT IN ML--???>  YOU MUST HAVE FOUND AN OLD WELL SOMEWHERE..
