Trade Wheelhouse for Skid house on Mille Lacs
 
 

I have a 2 year old IceCastle Spirit that I am looking at trading for a nice skid house on Mille Lacs.  I have used this house exclusively on Upper Red Lake and leave it stored up there in the winter/summer.  As my kids get bigger and more active, my time gets less and less.  A house on the lake and closer to home has alot of positives for me.  If interested please email me and we can swap details (mkoehn23@comcast.net).  I am looking for something that can sleep my whole family, 5 people.  Please don't contact me with a $5000 house and want to trade straight up.  My house purchased new was about $12,500 2 years ago.....

Why can't you use your wheelhouse on Mille ? Like you do on Red ??? Just sayin.....

That is the plan right now.  I was just thinking I would like more space.  Skid houses on Mille Lacs seem to be the thing...  I have seen some of these 10x20's out there that look super nice inside and thought I would throw it out there for a trade.  No taker, no big deal.

 

Very excited to start learning the lake this year!!!
